Real Estate Investing Tips – OLD CRUSTY CHIMNEYS – When you look at real estate do not forget about the Chimney. Especially in cold climates, Chimneys tend to have more issues with the cold weather and freezing of water. Chimney repairs can be a very expense repair your future buyer needs but does not appreciate like a new refrigerator making crushed iced. LOL Make sure the chimney does not have issues such as the need to tuck-point the brick or worse yet re-bricking the chimney. An old chimney can be a major repair and often will cause leaks into the property. Live life in the moment with no regrets!
