Real Estate Investing Tips – BASEBOARDS – In real estate investing when you buy, fix and flip a house, the bottom baseboard on the wall should be a modern look like the one pictured here. It is about a 4 inch white baseboard. We often make the baseboards white in color using a semi-gloss sheen white paint and the wall a different color to offset the baseboard.
