Real Estate Investing Tips – GARAGE CONVERSIONS – In real estate investing the better the house flows the more comfortable a buyer might be. This garage was renovated to create a family room but it steps down as you enter. If the ceiling is high enough I would consider making the floor in the family same level flush as the rest of the home. The house would smoothly flow between rooms. Buyers would feel the family room would be more like part of the house. Also, make sure there is an adequate heating and cooling source for the space. Live life in the moment with no regrets!
