REAL ESTATE INVESTING TIPS – This house has a plywood sub-floor. Plywood is much better than the OSB particle chipboard that sometimes will be used to cut corners and cost. I often paint the plywood with the paint product Kilz to seal the floor prior to putting down pad and carpet or other flooring. This may prevent odors trapped in the wood from coming through.
