These walls can often have more cracks and may not appear as smooth as Sheetrock a.k.a. drywall. Often these older homes because of their age can have more issues, such as lead based paint and amount of needed repairs. Make sure you take the time to estimate repairs and complete your due diligence on any issues you discover.
