Real Estate Investing Tips – REPLACING DOORS – In real estate investing you always want to give your buyers a clean and fresh feeling when entering the home. It is what your potential buyers see and smell that could make them like the property. When I buy, fix and flip a house, I will often replace doors that have large pet doors like the door pictured here. Even if people have a pet, the house did not have their pet using that door. Some potential buyers could get turned off by a house by something as simple as a pet door. Live life in the moment with no regrets!
