Real Estate Investing Tips – PINK BATHROOMS – If you find a dated bathroom or a color of tile you do not like, you can consider reglazing or refinishing the tile and tub to say a common white color. For a rental the pink looks great. For a flip, I would consider reglazing the tub and tile to white.
