The Real Estate Investor’s 12 Days of Christmas is dedicated to the real estate investors out there that believe great deals never sleep! All was still and quiet across the town as the joyous holidays were nearly upon us. There was “no one on the road, no one on the beach, I feel it in the air, the Summer is out of reach”…..but that is another story.
As I look out our window, we see the snowflakes begin to fall on a cool crisp evening in December. Those tiny powdered snowflakes begin to cover the neighbor’s for sale by owner sign. Before long the entire sidewalks and streets were covered in white puffy snowflakes that join together once landing ever so gently on the ground to blanket the night landscape. Everything was so calm and so peaceful as I drank some of my hot chocolate with tiny marshmallows and ate a few fresh and tasty Christmas cookies.
I began to think what other real estate investors might be thinking during this festive holiday season. There were some real estate investors on the City’s Building and Code Enforcement “Naughty List” while others were happy to be on the “Nice List”! If they were good all year would they be rewarded with a new deal? Maybe a single family house that would be perfect for renting or flipping. maybe a multi-unit with wonderful cash flow! The possibilities were endless. Like a kid at Christmas, we can only wish and dream….
