They had water coming into the roof and the ceiling was discolored even with some mold. It was painted but the mold was coming through because the problem issue was never fixed correctly. Make sure repairs are always done to correct the issue. Also, always take a closer look when you may smell an odor or it appears things don’t look right. When in doubt, check it out!
